Hot Indian tea

Hello Friends,

Today I will let you know how to prepare a good Indian tea. Indian tea preparation is quite different from the way English prepare their tea. Indian tea is more hot and all the ingredients including milk is boiled with the tea. So here are the steps to prepare it.

  • If you are preparing one cup of tea, boil half cup of water. When it starts boiling add a table spoon of  tea into it and keep boiling till the color turn to dark red.
  • Add sugar to it as per your taste. If you want to add flavor to it, add some cardamom. Best way to add cardamom is to mesh it and then add. You also get liquid cardamom flavor in the market. If that is available, add few drops of it in the boiling water.
  • If the weather is cold, you can also add some ginger to it. Make sure you add freshly messed ginger to bring the flavor to maximum.
  • After 2 minutes, add half cup of milk to it and again let it boil for another 2-3 minutes. And now your tea is ready.
Don't forget to take some snacks along with your tea. I personally love Indian snacks like Samosa or Bread Pakoda etc..

Happy Tea time.... And if you have some Tea recipes  of your own, please use the comment box below to share them.
